Meet Your Trainer
My name is Caitlyn Hummel.

I have been a Dog Trainer since 2010 and have been running my own training business since 2014.
​
I have experience with many types of training, included but not limited to:
Behavior Modification, Dog Psychology, Service/ Therapy, Hunting, Basic Obedience, Aggression and Reactivity, and Agility Training.
​
I have 2 children, Aubrey and Julianna, the love of my life, Garett, and our spoiled Goldendoodle, Bayeaux (Bayou).
I also run Liner Laser Specialties (laser engraving), am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, and a Green Compass Advocate.

I think of your furry babies as my own and treat them as such.

My Inspiration
Meet Jackson Michael Hummel and
Raja Marie Hummel
Jack was a Lab/ Hound mix I rescued when he was 6 weeks old in 2009. He was my first baby.
He went through it all with me. Graduating from college, getting married, having Aubrey, getting divorced, moving multiple times, having Julianna and moving him to Pennsylvania.
He was my rock for so long and he passed in 2024 at the age of 15 years old.
He was my demonstration partner for over 6 years when I worked in pet chain stores as well as in my own business, and he was the best.
I miss him so much, but training him is what led me to this profession that became my passion.

Raja was a German Shepard I bought from a backyard breeder in 2011. She was the runt of her litter and had some medical issues from overbreeding, but she was my silly pretty girl.
She was full of energy, loved her brother Jack unconditionally, and loved to be around her human sister Aubrey.
In 2016 she suddenly passed away due to unknown reasons (possibly complications from a surgery in late 2015).
She was only 4 years old, but she made such an impression on everyone she met that has lasted still to this day.
